Whether it be a standalone mechanical, electrical or public health services package or a fully integrated fit out including all building services, MPG Group has the capability to design, install and commission building services systems to meet your environmental requirements.
We undertake projects in virtually all market sectors including commercial developments, hi-tech laboratories, luxury to affordable residential properties, retail and leisure developments, educational establishments and healthcare. Our high level of customer focus combined with a stringent inspection and testing regime ensure that we enjoy a high level of customer satisfaction.
Combining our building services with our internal fit-out team provides our clients a unique one stop shop service for all their fit-out requirements, as we manage and are directly responsible for the delivery of the entire project.
On projects where MPG are appointed to undertake dry lining and ceilings, we also offer our interface management service. This entails us installing some 1st, 2nd and final fix elements of the services installation. This can include conduit and radiator pipe drops in walls to allow rapid progression and a reduction in the number of visits at 1st fix phase. To aid project completion we can undertake the installation of luminaries, grilles, plenum boxes and flexible ductwork thereby reducing potential damage to ceilings and walls at this crucial stage. We are happy to procure these items or for them to be issued from your M&E contractor.
