MPG LAUNCH H&S KPI'S FOR ALL PROJECTS

Chief Executive Michael Gavin has introduced a new project based K.P.I system at MPG. 

The system will be rolled out at the beginning of May 2010 and is intended to be a barometer of how the business is performing operationally.

It is intended that the Project Leader on each site completes the form each month on a set date. This document will measure the top five critical indicators which we know historically if managed well will deliver success. 

They are: Programme; Quality; Commercial; Procurement & Personal Development Reviews
