MPG HAITI APPEAL
At 4:53PM local time on Tuesday 12th January 2010 a devastating 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti, including the densely populated capital Port-au-Prince. Haiti is among the poorest Countries in the Western Hemisphere and this could not have happened at a worse time, at the start of rush hour with Port-au-Prince's narrow streets filled with commuters and School children.
In response to this MPG are pleased to announce that we have raised £1,110.00 for this appeal which is over our projected target of £1,000.00 and would like to thank all its staff in giving generously to this cause!
The funds raised will contribute to valuable humanitarian assistance and will help to ensure survivors get food, clean water, emergency shelter, medical care and other support.
