AIM HIGHER SCHOOLS DAY

MPG were delighted to support St Mary's High School in Hertfordshire at their Year 11 Aim Higher day.  The students met our Project Director and Graduate Site Managers and learnt about various careers in the construction industry.  Pictured are the winning team of a 'design and build a bridge' competition which the students found fun to do.

Wendy Gordon of Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry commented:  "This is the first time that we have run a Year 11 event at St Mary's and we can only pass on our greatest thanks and appreciation for your support in what was a very successful undertaking. We are extremely grateful for your precious time and hope that you feel that it was well spent. As was said at the end of the day - Without your support and expertise we would be unable to run this type of event so many thanks for all your hard work. I hope that the photo conveys the enjoyment the students got from your workshop, and, who knows, perhaps we have sown the seed of a career in Construction for the future."
